All of our products are available for download directly from this site.

How long after I place an order will my products be available?
Download links are available immediately after purchase.

Can I preview the images before purchase?
Yes. On every product page, you’ll see clickable thumbnail previews if you scroll down.

I want to check out the quality of the character cutouts. Can I get a sample?
Yes. If you sign up for our free demo pack, you’ll get $75 of free images that you can check out.

What if I’m unhappy with the product after I order it?
We don’t think you will be, but we have a 30 day, no questions asked return policy. We’re happy to swap out your purchase for a product of a similar value, or do a complete refund.

How many licenses do I get with a purchase?
The standard license gives you licenses for 5 e-learning developers. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us about licensing concerns.
